Recipe for a simple chicken dinner in the form of a chicken casserole. Snøfrisk® cream cheese adds an excellent sour tang to the sauce.
Here is how you do it
Cut the chicken fillets into 4-5 pieces and season with salt and pepper. Fry in butter for around 5 minutes. Add the cheese, followed by the crème fraîche and water. Allow to simmer for around 1 minute.
Chop the tomatoes into chunks and mix them with the chicken and coarsely-chopped thyme (or dried thyme). Heat everything through.
Garnish with thyme and tomatoes
