Lamb kebab with mushrooms and Snøfrisk®

Ingredients
  • 4 Servings
  • 600 g ground lamb
  • 2 tsp dried porcini mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1/2 package fresh thyme
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 100 g mushrooms, finely chopped (use whichever type of mushrooms you prefer)
  • 125 g Snøfrisk® Chanterelle
  • 1 cups light sour cream
Here is how you do it

Mix the ground lamb together with the dried porcini mushrooms, salt, pepper, lemon zest, thyme, shallot, and finely chopped mushrooms. Shape the mixture into round spears and brown them in a frying pan. Bake the spears in the oven at gas mark 3.5 (175 °C) until done (approx. 8 minutes). Mix Snøfrisk® together with light sour cream. Then season with salt, pepper, and finely chopped thyme.
