Our version of the classic coleslaw with Snøfrisk® tastes delicious, creamy and fresh – and not just as a side dish. It can be served on a burger or with other barbecue treats, too.
Here is how you do it
Cut the cabbage into fine strips.
For the dressing, mix Snøfrisk®, mayonnaise and mustard well with garlic and parsley. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Add the dressing to the cabbage and mix well, then leave to stand in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
