The great thing about Snøfrisk® salad dressings is that you can make them to exactly the desired consistency – thicker, rustic ones, or thinner ones with more olive oil and lemon juice, or a little milk for mixed green salads, pasta salads or coleslaw.
Ingredients
- 125 g Snøfrisk® Original
- 150 g yoghurt (natural)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, add more to taste
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and coarsely ground black pepper

- 1 tbsp dill (or other herbs)

Here is how you do it
Snøfrisk® basic recipe
Mix Snøfrisk®, yoghurt and oil. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Snøfrisk® dressing with chives
Add 100 ml freshly chopped chives to the basic dressing. You can also use other green herbs. Then turn it into a green dressing in the blender.
Looks great with a green salad.
Snøfrisk® dressing with roasted pepper
Mix a finely chopped, roasted pepper with the basic dressing and add a teaspoonful of sugar.
This dressing goes well with pasta, chicken and green salads.
Snøfrisk® "delicate” dressing
A slightly thinner dressing that mixes perfectly with the entire salad. Mix all the ingredients together.
Leave the dressing to stand for a short time before serving.
