Colourful and fresh salad with tomatoes, salami, onions and Snøfrisk® cheese. Summer on the plate.
Here is how you do it
Make a small slit across the bottom of each tomato. Dip them in boiling water for 10 seconds, then plunge into cold water to cool. Peel and set aside.
Form small clumps of Snøfrisk® with a spoon. Cut the smoked sausage into bite-size pieces. Combine Snøfrisk®, sausage, cherry tomatoes and red onions.
Whisk together oil and vinegar and season to taste with salt and coarsely ground black pepper. Pour over salad and toss gently to coat. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
